Neutrino Engineering Guyana Services Inc is led by Kester Gabriel, a registered Engineer and member of the professional engineering associations in Guyana and Trinidad and Tobago. Eng. Kester has cross functional industry experience in Oil&Gas Onshore and Offshore Project Execution, Process Instrumentation and Electrical Design, Software Design, Manufacturing Operations, Telecommunications and General Construction.
